What to Expect

Every day runs the same proven structure โ€” a dynamic warmup, three rotating event stations, and a group game to close it out. No downtime. All energy.

Warmup
4:00 โ€“ 4:35 PM

Every session kicks off with a group jog and dynamic drills led by Coach Foster to get athletes activated, focused, and competition-ready.

3 Rotating Event Stations
4:40 โ€“ 6:45 PM ยท 45 min each

Athletes rotate through 3 different event stations โ€” each one a different discipline. Small groups of 10 keep coaching focused and reps high. Every station, every day, is a different event so athletes experience the full range of track and field.

Group Game
6:45 โ€“ 7:00 PM

Every day ends with a competitive group game that gets everyone involved โ€” from relay scrambles to tic-tac-toe tournaments. It's the perfect way to close out a hard day of training with team energy and a little fun.
